Privacy Policy
TEOVi is a small company building controlled-flow pallet unloading equipment. This page says, in plain words, what information we collect when you use this site or write to us, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
TEOVi (operated by its founder, Adrian Mesa). Contact: [email protected]. Postal address: [POSTAL ADDRESS].
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, email address, the role you select, and anything you type in the optional fields. We also record the page you submitted from, the page that referred you (if any), any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example "linkedin"), the time of submission, and your country as reported by our hosting provider. We use these to reply to you and to understand which outreach brings people here.
- When you book a call: the booking page is run by Google Calendar. It collects your name, email, and any answer you give to the optional question, and creates a calendar event shared between you and us.
- When you email us: the content of your message and your email address, kept in our Google Workspace mailbox like any ordinary business correspondence.
- When you visit the site: basic, anonymous traffic measurement (page views, referring sites, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, on the site or in our emails.
- We do not add you to a newsletter because you contacted us. If we ever start one, it will be a separate, clearly labeled sign-up.
Who processes it for us
Two providers hold the information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms: Cloudflare (website hosting and the anonymous analytics above) and Google Workspace (email, calendar, and the spreadsheet where contact-form entries are stored). Nobody else has access.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and correspondence are kept while we are in contact with you or your company. We review inactive contacts at least every 12 months and delete those we no longer have a business reason to keep, including copies in email and exports.
Your choices
- Stop hearing from us: reply to any email with "remove" or write to [email protected]. We honor that within ten business days and keep a record only so we don't contact you again.
- See, correct, or delete what we hold: email [email protected]. We will confirm your identity using the email address on file and respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the effective date at the top and, where we have your email, let you know.
